Initial public release of ASN.1 Instance Builder.

Highlights:
- Browser app for loading supported ASN.1 definitions from NamedObjects, files, or clipboard.
- Sample instance JSON loading for parent definitions and selectable child types.
- DER generation with schema and instance diagnostics.
- Standalone PkiStudioJS viewer integration for generated DER.
- Release-ready npm package metadata, README, MIT license wording, CI, Pages, npm publish, and release workflows.
